Online Proceedings - Stylesheet

TBLT 2005 will accept written versions of the papers, workshops, symposia and posters presented at the conference for online publication. The speakers/presenters are therefore kindly invited to submit a text. We recommend co-speakers/co-presenters to submit only one text/slideshow.

The submissions will not be reviewed. The contents and formulation are at the author’s responsibility.

When submitting your text, we kindly invite you to take into account the following recommendations:

  1. Basic information
    Only documents written in English will be accepted.
    At the beginning of your text, please mention:
    • first name and family name of the author(s);
    • authors’ affiliation: name and address of the organisation;
    • contact data for the author(s) (preferably the email address);
    • title of the paper or presentation (same title as at the conference).
    Manuscripts of which the author cannot be identified, will not be accepted.

  2. Contents
    The proceedings you submit are a written account of your presentation at the conference.

  3. Form
    1. Text (only MS Word)
      • Please submit a text of minimally 2 pages (Times Roman 12, single-spaced) and maximally 15 pages. Exceptions are only made by special request
      • Use a 12-point Times Roman font or other Roman font with serifs as close as possible in appearance to Times Roman. Note that the different components (such as titles, headings, text) use the same font but with different sizes and styles.
      • Texts are preferably single-spaced.

    2. Slideshow (only MS Powerpoint)
      • Please do not exceed 30 slides. Exceptions are only made by request
      • Note that special effects (animation) should be removed from the presentation.

Make sure the document you submit is user-friendly, in the sense that pictures, illustrations, charts and the like are reduced to a minimum.
